How to Spa
**It is always helpful to arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to any spa service to allow for preparation.
Arriving late will deprive you of treatment
time.
**We love children, but in order to insure the comfort of all guests we ask that children under the
age of 14 not be permitted.
Treatment Notes
**Please alert staff while booking appointments if you are pregnant, have any physical ailments, or
allergies.
**It is recommended that you avoid treatments involving heat and deep pressure if you are
pregnant, have high blood pressure or recent
surgeries.
**A Physician’s note is required for all Spa Services performed during the first
trimester.
**We accept all Visa and MasterCard, Discover, Cash and Personal
Checks
**All prices are subject to change without prior
notice.
**Gift certificates are available for all services. They are not redeemable for cash.
**They are void if lost or stolen and are not valid after expiration
date.
**Gift certificates are available for pick up and for your convenience we can also mail it to
you.
** Services of 3 or more need to be reserved with a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
**If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice as a
courtesy to our staff. **Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full service
price. **Three plus services must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
Deposit will not be refundable.** Any serviced booked using a gift certificate and cancels or no-
shows at the time of service voids the gift certificate.
